Local work required - Upminster - Painter and a plumber

1) I am looking for a local painter and decorator to do some work on the interior of my house.
Two year old property and the shrinkage cracks need sorting out please.
Rang a few round the area as I prefer to offer work to locals, but fuck me not one has come back with a day to come over and look at the job. Anyone know a decent decorator to be trusted. Its a fair sized job.
2) Secondly - need a plumber to fix a plug hole with a pop up plug, it doesnt pop up anymore, tried a plunger, tried wd40, little fucker wont budge. On top of that also want the plumber to replace three toilets with soft close toilet seats, already got the toilet seats.

Problem is that good plumbers don't have time or not bothered about small jobs, your be lucky to get a decent one to do a small job like that this time of year. I will ask for you like I said to the poster here, but don't hold your breath.

if there is a reliable plumber out there, please pass on the details. I need two radiators changed over to heated towel rails, have gone on checkatrader, but no one seems to want the job.

ups and downs mate, to be honest the bankroll went on the house, so now everything is sorted, and all the furniture bought its time to get back on it.
